Usage Instructions and Notes

Basic Usage

Register team members who will participate in projects using "Add Team Member".
Register projects with specific periods using "Add Project".
Assign members to projects using "Assignment Settings". Utilization rate can be specified from 0.1 to 1.0.
Adjust "Display Period" to check the resource utilization chart.

Understanding Utilization Rates

Utilization rate is expressed from 0.0 to 1.0, where 1.0 means 100% assignment.
The intensity of blue color represents the level of utilization.
Red color indicates utilization rate exceeding 100% (over-allocation).
When a member is assigned to multiple projects, utilization rates are summed up.

Notes

This tool runs on the client side, and data is not saved locally unless you use the export function.
Utilization rate shows member assignment rate, not actual working hours.
Person-month conversion is calculated assuming 20 business days per month.
We recommend regularly reviewing resource plans according to actual project conditions.

How to Use

Add team members.
Add projects with specific periods.
Select members and projects, then set utilization rate and assignment period.
Adjust display period to check utilization status.
Save created simulations using export function.
