Tips for Creating Secure Passwords

1. Length is Power

Use at least 12 characters for your password. Longer passwords are much harder to crack.

2. Add Complexity

Include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (!@#$%^&*, etc.) to significantly improve password complexity.

3. Use Passphrases

Passphrases combining words with numbers and special characters are memorable yet secure. Example: Blue-Horse-Battery-Staple-42!

4. Use a Password Manager

Instead of reusing the same password across different sites, use a password manager to generate and manage complex passwords.

5. Regular Updates

Update passwords for important accounts regularly. Change them immediately if there's a possibility of data breach.
